I had the privilege of photographing Jon and Esther’s special day. Jon has been a friend of mine for several years and I am thrilled to watch God’s plan for his life unfold, as he has been blessed with Esther. Enjoy a few of my favorite images…

Alicia Candelora: Awesome!! Was this your first wedding alone? What lens did you use for the rings shots? I LOVE it!

Katie: I love everything about these....the red wall is fabulous and I LOVE the ring shot! Great job Johnna! You are going to GO places :)

admin: Yes, Alicia, this was my first official wedding alone! It was super fun. ring shot details: 100mm f/2.8 1/200 iso 3200 kinda wacky settings with high iso! it was the 100mm macro lens. the light was blazing through that window. I used several post-processing techniques. Lux action by TRA and a curves setting/manual with a boost of magenta. Plus the usual sharpening tools.

admin: Thanks, my supportive Katie! :)
